Registration will open at 7:45 am ET. Training will begin at 8:30 am ET on Friday, December 13th, 2019
Space is limited to 75 attendees. This is a first come, first served training.
**This training is only for health center grantees and look-alikes. Each year, health center grantees and look-alikes report on their performance using the measures defined in the Uniform Data System (UDS). The UDS is a standardized reporting system that provides consistent information about health centers and look-alikes.For more info, please click here. **

Priscilla Davis, MHA is a consultant for John Snow, Inc. (JSI) and for over 20 years has assisted Federally Qualified Health Centers with UDS reporting requirements. She was part of the original support team at JSI in 1999 during the initial stages of "electronic submission" of the UDS, first for the National Health Service Corps, followed by the Bureau of Primary Health Care. She was program manager for the Urban Indian Health Program's UDS and currently for the Bureau of Health Workforce grantees. As a reviewer, trainer, and in her role on the UDS support team, she has years of experience providing one-on-one technical assistance on all aspects of UDS reporting requirements. In addition to the annual UDS trainings, Ms. Davis conducts trainings on how to use the UDS as a management tool. She also works with federal, state and local communities on other initiatives, including development of Technical Assistance/Quality Networks for Certified Rural Health Centers, and validation of healthcare-associated infections reported by acute care hospitals in various states.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received 10 business days before registration closes.
In the event 10 business day notice can't be provided, KPCA will accept another attendee to replace the person that cannot attend.
If cancellation is received during this timeframe, a refund will be given to the registrant minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
If cancellation notice is received after said timeframe, then there will be no refund given.

We would be pleased to assist you with any special needs (i.e. physical, dietary etc.), please let us know in advance by contacting Lindey Young. Keep in mind that The Campbell House tries to maintain meeting room temperatures at an appropriate level. However, because everyone reacts differently to various temperatures, we strongly suggest that you wear layered clothing in order to remain comfortable.
