Each person in attendance will be provided a copy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for People with Co-occurring Disorders
As a participant you will gain the knowledge of the eight module program of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for People with Co-occurring Disorders, part of Hazelden's Co-occurring Disorders Program (CDP), and be able to help clients develop the knowledge and skills to continue practicing evidence-based CBT techniques on their own.
Trainers from the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation with real experience in a variety of settings will lead you in active intervention practices based on real cases studies of people with opioid-use disorder and other SUDs and common co-occurring issues related to trauma, psychosocial stressors, psychiatric illness and medical comorbidities. You will also receive a copy of “Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy,” a curriculum that includes sessions and handouts that you can use in your everyday work. The live training will provide 6CEs.
