Southern Kentucky Area Health Education Center (AHEC) presents this activity for educational purposes only. The content of the presentation is provided solely by presenter(s) who have been selected for presentations because of recognized expertise in their field.
Some disciplines allow for partial credit and that credit will be awarded accordingly. Each participant must complete a CE attendance card with appropriate professional license number and attain the stickers for each session attended. Each participant must complete a written evaluation to be awarded contact hours.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received 10 business days before registration closes.
Please contact KPCA at (502) 227-4379 with questions regarding registration or cancellation.
- In the event 10 business day notice can't be provided, KPCA will accept another attendee to replace the person that cannot attend.
- If cancellation is received during this timeframe, a refund will be given to the registrant minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
- If cancellation notice is received after said timeframe, then there will be no refund given.
